How does my menu translation work?
- We use advanced machine translation technology followed by manual verification to ensure an accurate translation tailored to your menu.
What's the difference between plans?
- The main difference between our plans is the number of languages available for your menu translation. The annual subscription also gives you 3 months free compared to the monthly subscription.
Do you have larger subscriptions?
- Yes, we offer customized plans to meet the specific needs of customers with higher translation volumes. Contact us to discuss your specific requirements.
Will my subscription renew automatically?
- Yes, all our subscriptions renew automatically unless you choose to cancel them before the scheduled renewal date.
Can I change my menu once it's been translated?
- Absolutely, you can easily update your menu by sending us your new PDF version at any time.
(For the basic and business plan, the additional cost is 19€HT per update. Contact us for more information)
How quickly will I receive my translation?
- Translation generally takes between 48 and 72 hours per language. This time may vary depending on the complexity and length of your menu.
Is there a size limit for the menu?
- We recommend a maximum menu size of around 3500 characters or 100 lines. If your menu exceeds this recommendation, please contact us to discuss available options.
How does your QR code printing service work?
- We offer a personalized QR code printing service on stickers at a rate of €49 plus VAT for 50 copies, which we send directly to our customers. QR codes are linked to your translated menu for a smooth and efficient customer experience.
